C la 3e fois k je reinstalle l app. Paiment. Transmition... Ya tjs un pb. I had to reinstall once again. Sucks. Impossible to pay with my € card. Will only accept £ card. But price is in €. Sucks. Bad app.

Please fix it :)

First of all: the idea is fantastic. And the app is beautifully realised. Two points of criticism though: The app crashes when you use photos from a Photostream. And: international shipping is more expensive than the book itself. Cmon guys, it does not cost you $24 bucks to ship a book to Germany. I cant recommend you to my friends with prices like these. Lets get real here, would you?

+ easy to use, nice layout - you have to provide your creditcard nr, no other payment options (e.g. paypal..), with 20€ + 5€ quiet expensive

I would recommend this product to anyone! Im going to order more as gifts for sure. They are wonderful mementos.

Ive used cheap printed book apps before so I wasnt expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised with quality of print, actual size and the packaging was very well thought out, especially for how much you pay. Packaging like that is usually expensive. So they come ready to give as thoughtful gifts! Super fast delivery as well! Ive already printed 5 and will be using again and again. Great way to get pictures off your phone and printed for generations to come! Love!

I have ordered from other sites but Mosaic was awesome I ordered my book with ease on Monday I had my book on Thursday. It was beautiful. Awesome job !! I ordering again. Easy site to work with !! Love it.

Packaging is nice and the covers and paper stock are of good quality but I could print the photos better on my home printer. Disappointed and wont be ordering again.

I love the albums Ive made. Super easy, ships quick and the presentation box is beautiful. Going to make great gifts for my family this Christmas!

It is a GREAT idea, I git 4, one for me and 3 for My kid for Chrismas, but I Believe you Need one mie option with 40 Photo!

Loved how easy this was. The quality is great as well. They were printed and at my house within days.

Loved how easy this is to use, but you lost some of my business because of an unresponsive site. Complaints include too dark prints (lighten up before printing) and also provide the chance to add text on more than just the first page. Shipping is both reasonable and fast. Packaging is impeccable. Will I use your service again? I already have, four times.

So easy to use and quick. Love it. It also delivered fast and looked great. I even used my pics from my iPhone. Good quality, quick, easy and good price=5 star and a recommendation from me!

These books are fantastic! They make awesome thank you gifts. I made one for each of my bridesmaids, and they turned out amazing!!

Very simple to use. Nice presentation. Would be nice if you could choose a book with more pictures than just 20. Also be able to add text on more than just the title page. Otherwise great quick gift.

All I can say is 100% perfect. I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking the quality would not be that great. Mosaic did not disappoint. I just got my first order today. Awesome. First it was so very easy to create a book...simple simple simple. Secondly I want to say that theyre customer service was exceptional. On one order I had 5 pictures that had bad resolution. They notified me within 2 days of my purchase, telling me to send in new pictures....it somehow became a difficult task for me to do, as I am not that computer savvy, but they walked me through that process and voila, the book was perfect. I have since ordered more for christmas gifts. They will be here in a week. Seriously...check Mosaic out...its amazing. I will be telling all my friends and family. I received an email stating the book would deliver on Thursday. It did not arrive on time and Im worried my friend will not receive her gift before leaving the country. I tried to find a customer service contact number online but was unsuccessful. I emailed twice and only received an automatic confirmation email that mosaic would reply back within 24 hours. I did not receive any emails back. I am very excited about the product and was impressed at how user friendly the app was but Im anxiously waiting for updates on my order.
