Mixed emotions

I received an email stating the book would deliver on Thursday. It did not arrive on time and Im worried my friend will not receive her gift before leaving the country. I tried to find a customer service contact number online but was unsuccessful. I emailed twice and only received an automatic confirmation email that mosaic would reply back within 24 hours. I did not receive any emails back. I am very excited about the product and was impressed at how user friendly the app was but Im anxiously waiting for updates on my order.
