Easy to use, some issues

Loved how easy this is to use, but you lost some of my business because of an unresponsive site.

Complaints include too dark prints (lighten up before printing) and also provide the chance to add text on more than just the first page.

Shipping is both reasonable and fast. Packaging is impeccable.

Will I use your service again? I already have, four times.
