I have ordered about 5 of these in the past but it has stopped working recently,I have an iPhone 6 128GB with latest iOS and app wont let purchase once I have created a new book. Fails when it says uploading photos, I have good wifi and LTE so that is not the issue.

Its overpriced for a photo book that you can get somewhere else for much cheaper. And the quality is not that much better. What youre paying for is the hype.

I purchased this for Christmas, I knew 7X7 was small, but I really was shocked when I received it in the mail. The book is tiny, pictures were darker than my originals I uploaded and at best it is only worth $5. The only positive thing is it arrived very quickly but I wont ever purchase it again. I brought another photo book for half the price; my book was 2 times the size and pictures were good quality and I paid less than $25. Just my opinion

Have done many other photobooks but none have been this easy. This review must come in two parts, however. It was easy to put together, now Im just waiting for the order - will rate delivery and quality. Easy means a lot though, when you dont have a lot of time to devote to a project.

The Mosaic Book was the hit at the family Christmas. Many more expensive gifts were shared but everyone love the book and wished it was theirs! Thanks you so much for this wonderful gift idea!!!

I just used it for the first time and am awaiting the final product to arrive. Seemed easy to use.

So frustrated! Downloaded app on iPhone 6 - created album and then neither of the payment processes worked. Customer service said theyve been experiencing this problem - I restarted and redownloaded now 4 times and same problem. Ill stick with Shutterfly books.

I gave Mosaic a shot mostly because it was a low risk investment at the price point. I was extremely surprised and delighted with the high quality of the book, the lovely packaging and the efficient turnaround. Mosaic delivered on what they advertised. I will use Mosaic many times over for sure!
